Sciatic Nerves

 Reflex Area
Sciatic nervesBack of the leg, at the same level as anklebone, and work up a 4" - 6". And also behind the outside anklebone of each foot. And also along the outside edge of the foot, working upwards towards the center of the foot. Also the entire area of the heal.
Sciatica - acuteOutside entire length of the leg, up to hip if necessary. Begin at anklebone and work up. Then the inside of the leg (beginning at inside anklebone). The hip area - place approx. 2" from the base of spine and apply pressure to hip joint and press firmly. Deep massage may bring relief.

Lymph glands (groin and armpits)Top of each foot in front of the anklebone. Massage from inside to the outside.
Lymphatic System (general drainage)Massage the area between the base of the big toe and the second toe (top of foot)

UterusInside of both feet almost midway between the anklebone and the edge of the heel. back of the leg, at the same level as anklebone, and work up a 4" - 6"
Breasts / Mammary glandsOn the top of each foot. Begins at base of toes and extends down a few inches. Work in and between the tendons and bones of each zone
Fallopian TubesOn top of the foot, extending from the inside anklebone to the outside anklebone.
Prostate GlandInside of both feet almost midway between the anklebone and the edge of the heel. Back of the leg, at the same level as anklebone, and work up a 4" - 6"
GroinOn top of the foot, extending from the inside anklebone to the outside anklebone.
ShoulderJust below the base of the little toe. Massage the entire surrounding area, including the undersurface of the foot (area of base of little toe)
Solar plexus (celiac plexus)Center of each foot, right below the ball of the foot. Apply pressure with thumbs and take a deep breath and hold a few seconds. As you exhale release your thumbs slowly.
DizzinessMassage the area for the pituitary gland. Center of big toe and center of thumb.
